I am a regular traveller to Washington and have stayed in all the hotels and other air BnB but this is far the best.
There was not one thing I can negatively comment on as the Loft apartment was exactly what I needed and then some.
Everyone I have shown (work colleagues) are already checking to see if it’s available.

I absolutely loved staying at Pat’s loft. The space was gorgeous, roomy and meticulously cleaned. The location is perfect, on a quiet street right in the heart of downtown and a few blocks from the river. The view is beautiful too! The bed linens and bath towels were freshly laundered and soft. The shower was hot and a great size. The kitchen is a great size and the bed was very comfortable.
Pat was extremely helpful and very quick with communication. A huge snowstorm rolled in and Pat offered to let me add a night with a significant discount that was so appreciated. I highly recommend this loft and cannot wait to book it the next time I’m in town!

This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. We loved having so many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The place was cozy, clean and very comfortable.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and the fourth time staying at one of Pat's properties in Washington, Missouri! We love the location, it's always clean and we always look forward to our trip knowing we have a great accommodation to stay at.

I enjoyed my stay at Pat’s place. It was a very bright and clean welcoming space. It’s in the beautiful downtown area within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would stay at Pat’s place again.
