I absolutely loved staying at Pat’s loft. The space was gorgeous, roomy and meticulously cleaned. The location is perfect, on a quiet street right in the heart of downtown and a few blocks from the river. The view is beautiful too! The bed linens and bath towels were freshly laundered and soft. The shower was hot and a great size. The kitchen is a great size and the bed was very comfortable.
Pat was extremely helpful and very quick with communication. A huge snowstorm rolled in and Pat offered to let me add a night with a significant discount that was so appreciated. I highly recommend this loft and cannot wait to book it the next time I’m in town!

I was in Washington for a week for business and the loft was exactly what I needed. It is centrally located in town with many restaurants near by. It has a small and convenient kitchen, that I used for breakfast and light meals. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern.
Pat was very forthcoming, rapid to answer and her instructions were very clear. I’ll definitely return. I strongly recommend the place.

We stayed here for New Year's Eve and the loft was a great place to stay! It is in a walkable location in downtown Washington that made it perfect for going out without having to worry about driving. The loft itself was clean, comfortable, well decorated, and had everything we could need during our stay 🙂

This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. We loved having so many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The place was cozy, clean and very comfortable.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and the fourth time staying at one of Pat's properties in Washington, Missouri! We love the location, it's always clean and we always look forward to our trip knowing we have a great accommodation to stay at.

I enjoyed my stay at Pat’s place. It was a very bright and clean welcoming space. It’s in the beautiful downtown area within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would stay at Pat’s place again.

Pat is a great host. She is always responsive and gets all the info to you ample time - prior to arrival. The place has a nice smell, kitchen is well stocked, and extra towels are available. Highly recommend- will definitely stay again!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—right in the heart of downtown Washington, just steps from the river and all the shops and restaurants. The space itself was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, exactly what we needed for a laid-back getaway. Everything was clean, well set up, and made us feel right at home. We had a blast and would happily stay here again—highly recommend!
